My new Sinatra hat from Beau Chapeau

My new Sinatra hat from Beau Chapeau is so amazing, I had to no choice but to blog about.

As mentioned in my last post, I have become Beau Chapeau‘s newest fan! I revisited the shop, located at 42 Queen Street in Niagara-on-the-lake, this week and made a purchase I am sure to remember forever. I bought a replica Frank Sinatra fedora.

Beau Chapeau carries the Sinatra Hats line; a collection of hats and fedoras that embodies the timeless style of Frank Sinatra. I picked this particular style because the rim was longer and could be flipped out. The fedora itself is crafted with wool felt, complete with a leather inner band and satin lining with the orange signature Sinatra trim.

Sinatra Hats embody the time period, and capture the classic image of Ol’ Blue Eyes. I’ve been a fan of the crooner for as long as I can remember, and owning something of this quality makes it worth the money.

  1. It looks great on you I loved the b & w version, I have loved old blue eyes since my parents introduced him to me, amazing talent and wonderful guy. I watched a documentary about him last week which just dripped with nostalgia and made you wish to have been there to see him as his career developed.

    1. I began listening to Sinatra in high school. There was nothing like coming home from class, and turning on some good old big band/ jazz, and hearing his voice carry it through. I loved the Rat Pack, but for me, it was always Frank who I favoured. Something so grand about his performances. One of my favs of all time was his duet with Elvis. Iconic.

  2. You look really spiffy in your new Sinatra fedora, Emily. It’s refreshing to know that his music appeals not only to seniors like me but also to the younger generation as well. You have very good taste.

    1. I think legends like Sinatra can withstand time. It’s hard to find a performer with his charisma and strong stage presence. And frankly, he was just so cool.

  3. What great photos! Love how great you look in your new hat! Very Sinatra! That store is really something special!! 🙂

  4. You and Frank both have your own version of “coolness.” It can’t be just the fedora, though because you are both cool even without one. 🙂
